Regional Branch Manager
Position Summary
The Regional Branch Manager is responsible for leading the overall performance, operations, and strategic direction of multiple branches within a designated region, providing direct supervision to Branch and Operations Managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and service excellence. This role drives business growth, member satisfaction, operational consistency, and staff development while fostering a collaborative team culture and representing the credit union’s brand and vision in the community. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of leadership experience in retail banking or credit union operations with multi-branch oversight, proven success in managing and developing high-performing teams, strong knowledge of branch operations, lending, member service, and compliance, along with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
