Senior Vice President of Hospitality

Position Summary

Broadview Federal Credit Union is seeking a leader to serve in the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Hospitality. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a culture of service excellence across all the organization’s member-facing operations. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), the SVP will define and drive a strategic vision that enhances member satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement by integrating hospitality principles into retail, recovery, and digital experiences. This role will partner with leadership to instill a hospitality mindset across the organization, utilizing training/development programs, as well as leveraging technology and data. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in driving customer-centric strategies, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, and adopting a data-driven approach to service excellence. The role requires 15 years of leadership experience in hospitality or customer experience, including five in senior leadership, as well as a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. Experience outside of the financial services sector is highly preferred.

Compensation

A comprehensive compensation package will be offered to the selected candidate. The targeted range for the base salary of the SVP of Hospitality is approximately $190,000 to $230,000
