Position Summary
Charter Oak Federal Credit Union seeks an innovative, forward-thinking financial services leader to assume the President/Chief Executive Officer role upon the incumbent leader’s retirement. Collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, the new CEO will define the organization’s direction, drive growth initiatives, and maintain the secure long-term financial stability that exists today, while maintaining a member-centric focus. This role is ideally suited for a dynamic, visionary individual with executive experience within the credit union or retail banking industry who excels in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while building high-performing teams. Ten years of management experience within a financial institution is required. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; an advanced degree is preferred.
