President/Chief Executive Officer
Position Summary
Seattle Credit Union is seeking a visionary and collaborative executive to serve as its next President and Chief Executive Officer. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will establish the organization’s strategic direction, cultivate a high-performing and mission-driven culture, and lead the Credit Union in achieving sustainable growth while advancing its commitment to serving diverse and historically underserved communities. The CEO will partner closely with the Board to execute strategic priorities, ensure financial strength, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster innovation in a rapidly evolving financial services environment. Experience leading or working with a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), a Low-Income Designated (LID) credit union, or a similarly mission-focused financial institution is preferred. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent executive experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred. The successful candidate will possess at least 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience within a financial institution and a demonstrated ability to inspire organizational excellence, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead through change.

Compensation
A comprehensive compensation package will be offered to the selected candidate. The targeted range for the base salary for the President/CEO role is approximately $575,000 to $650,000.
