Vice President of Commercial Lending
Position Summary
Kohler Credit Union is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as its next Vice President of Commercial Lending. Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer, this individual will lead the development and growth of the credit union’s commercial lending department. This pivotal role encompasses oversight of business development, underwriting, credit risk management, building depository relations and regulatory compliance related to commercial lending. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business lending and development, strong familiarity with treasury products and services along with a strong understanding of credit risk and regulatory standards. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in financial services are required, with a demonstrated track record of leadership in commercial lending. An advanced degree is preferred.
