Rocky Mountain Credit Union Announces the Retirement of CEO Steve Sendon
- CATEGORY: Executive Recruiting
A generational shift is under way in corporate America. Baby boomers in the C-suite are aging out of their jobs and retiring, says DeLynn Senna, president of Robert Half’s executive search global operations. "Companies know that it's going to be this massive wave of resignations." Yet as Aileen K. Alexander, CEO of Diversified Search Group, notes, recruiters are there to help companies as they prepare for the transition. "For clients today, succession planning is top of mind."
To address this looming turnover of CEOs, CFOs, and other executive-level leaders, many companies turn to recruiting firms. Still, figuring out which firm to choose is not always easy. That’s why Forbes has partnered with market research firm Statista for the eighth straight year to determine America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms, comprised of companies that specialize in filling executive-level openings with salaries of at least $100,000.
The ranking is based largely on survey responses from more than 9,300 recruiters, HR or hiring managers, and employees with recent experience working with a recruiting firm. Those results were then combined with last year’s survey responses, which were given a lower weighting. The 150 companies with the highest scores made the final list.
