The Woodlands, Texas (April 2019) – United States Senate Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Alexandria, VA, is in search of a progressive lending executive to fill the role of Chief Lending Officer.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the lending functions, including consumer loans, indirect loans, and residential mortgages; ensuring sound lending practices in accordance with NCUA regulations and credit union guidelines. This individual will guide the team to provide excellent service by researching and staying on top of the latest lending trends, conducting market analysis for maximum loan retention and competitive rates. Serving as a key member of the executive management team, the ideal candidate will exhibit creativity, self-motivation, excellent communication, visionary, and leadership skills. A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field of study is required, Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of five years in a senior management role with experience in commercial, mortgage, and consumer lending is required.
