Pacific Service Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates in Search for Assistant Vice President of Sales and Service

The Woodlands, Texas (October 2019) – Pacific Service Credit Union, headquartered in Concord, CA, is looking to add an Assistant Vice President of Sales & Service to their team.

 

Responsibilities for this role will include the planning, directing, organizing, and controlling of retail branch operations, sales activities, and training and development. Other duties include; ensuring that the branches and departments meet or exceed credit union goals and objectives, adherence to internal policies and procedures as well as compliance with state and federal laws. This position will lead the learning function by designing and facilitating training, generating training metrics, and managing the overall organizational training calendar in line with the credit union’s values and mission statement. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, Training or related business discipline, along with five years’ experience in a management capacity with knowledge of the credit union or retail banking industry, branch operations, and industry regulations is required.
