Louisiana Credit Union League Announces New President & Chief Executive Officer.
Harahan, LA (May 2023) Louisiana Credit Union League is pleased to announce the selection of Juan Fernandez Ceballos as the organization’s new President and Chief Executive Officer. Juan will be joining the League next month and the Board is excited to welcome him to Louisiana.
“The Board is thrilled to welcome Juan as our next CEO,” said Steve Webb, Chairman of the Board. “His experience is an invaluable asset to the League and the Credit Unions of Louisiana. We believe with Juan at the helm, we will continue to grow and develop into the future.”
Juan comes to the Louisiana Credit Union League from the Credit Union Association of New Mexico where he served as President and CEO. Juan has worked in the credit union movement for over two decades and has extensive experience in both Credit Unions and Government Affairs. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Binghamton University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University.
When asked about his new position, Juan stated, “I am humbled and grateful to have been selected as the next President/CEO of the Louisiana Credit Union League. This is a fantastic institution, and I am excited to work with the Board of Directors and all staff to continue the growth and success and help credit unions continue fulfilling their missions.”
