LorMet Community Federal Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Chief Financial Officer
The Woodlands, Texas (December 2018) – LorMet Community Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Amherst, OH, is in search of a driven, strategic executive to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Working hands-on with the President/CEO and fellow members of the executive management team, this individual will play a fundamental role in the development of products, services, and credit union strategy, focusing on data analytics to support decision making, forecasting needs, and managing risk. The CFO will work inter-departmentally in procurement, fulfillment, and on tactical matters. Other duties include overseeing card services and ensuring all accounting activities are in compliance with established legal, regulatory, and credit union procedures. The ideal candidate must have a collaborative management style, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. This individual will exhibit strong initiative, leadership and motivational skills, be a team builder and a strategic thinker, with solid financial and business acumen. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting/finance or related field is required. A minimum of three to seven years executive/finance experience within the credit union field required.
