The Woodlands, Texas (September 2015) – The Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. will be conducting the search for a new President/Chief Executive Officer for Keesler Federal Credit Union headquartered in Biloxi, Mississippi.

The credit union is looking for an incoming CEO who will be able to provide a breadth of business and strategy while creating a compelling and inspired vision within the credit union. This individual will work in collaboration with the Board of Directors to establish and execute the strategic initiatives of the credit union’s organizational objectives while ensuring and understanding business segments that will impact its membership. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working within a progressive and growing organization while providing innovative ideas and suggestions to key stakeholders within the credit union. Must have exceptional leadership experience that fosters a corporate culture driven by community development, member value, and a strong ethical code of conduct that will enable effective communication within all levels of the organization. Bachelor’s degree required, higher credentials preferred, plus a minimum of 10 years executive management experience within a financial organization.
