Huntington Beach City Employees Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates in Executive Search for President and Chief Executive Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (October 2019) – Huntington Beach City Employees Credit Union, headquartered in Huntington Beach, CA, is in need of a strategic executive to lead the credit union as President/Chief Executive Officer.


Working in partnership with the Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for reaching the overall goals and objectives included in the strategic plan and maintaining the credit union’s financial health and stability. As the face of the organization, the CEO will promote the mission and vision and will ensure the credit union continues to deliver excellent service and products to its membership, while maintaining regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and motivational skills, be a team builder, and lead organizational change while building consensus. This individual will have a proven track record of success and a minimum of ten years’ experience at an executive or senior management level within a financial institution. Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree and industry certifications preferred.
