The Woodlands, Texas (May 2019) – Delaware State Police Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Georgetown, DE, is seeking a talented executive to fill the role of Vice President of Lending and Operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will be responsible for the credit union’s lending and branch operations, member service call center and the lending functions. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the VP of Lending and Operations will assist in the strategic planning process, and achieving the credit union’s long and short-term goals and objectives, and maintaining the organization’s financial health and stability. This individual will lead their team to promote high levels of service by choosing and delivering products and services that align with the credit union’s vision. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills. A combination of education and seven or more years of experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry is required.
