Central Minnesota Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for President and Chief Executive Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (March 2019) – Central Minnesota Credit Union, headquartered in Melrose, MN, is seeking a visionary and strategic executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer.


Collaborating with the Board of Directors, this individual will be responsible for leading and achieving the strategic goals and objectives, as well as maintaining the credit union’s financial health and stability, while providing excellent member service and ensuring conformance with all applicable state and federal laws. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, be collaborative and innovative, and lead organizational change while building consensus. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or related field is required, CPA or MBA preferred. A minimum of ten years executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry.
