Central Minnesota Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates in Executive Search for Chief Administrative Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (August 2019) – Central Minnesota Credit Union, headquartered in Melrose, MN, has an exceptional opportunity for a talented executive to fill the role of Chief Administrative Officer.


Reporting directly to the CEO, the CAO will be responsible for developing and implementing results-oriented strategies to support the vision of the organization. The Chief Administrative Officer will have strategic and operational responsibility for project management, internal audit, compliance, facilities planning, and human resources. This individual will have extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, chartering, financial laws, regulations and insurance. Establishing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures throughout the credit union to ensure compliance and risk mitigation will be an essential part of this role. A Bachelor’s degree with eight years or more of leadership and senior management experience working in a financial institution or equivalent education and experience is required. Advance degree preferred.
