The Woodlands, Texas (October 2018) – Allegacy Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC, is searching for an exceptional leader to join their team as SVP, Digital and Retail Banking.

This role will focus on improving retail and digital delivery to the credit union’s members to ensure excellent customer service across all delivery channels. Responsibilities include the development of a comprehensive retail financial center and digital banking strategy for the credit union’s operations. This individual will oversee Financial Centers, Contact Center, Digital Delivery, and ATM/ITM/Mail functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital and retail branch banking, call center management, product development, sales management, and system conversion. Bachelor’s degree required, along with 10 to 15 years of credit union or banking experience. MBA is preferred.
