The Woodlands, Texas (September 2019) – Air Academy Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, is looking for a seasoned executive to join their team as Director of Commercial Lending & Business Services.

Reporting to the CLO, this role will be responsible for managing the overall quality and performance of the member business loan portfolio. This position will manage, direct, and coordinate the activities to contribute, lead, and execute the strategic initiatives for the Business Loan functions of the credit union encompassing a strategy for the growth and development of business lending. Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience, with a minimum of five years, ten preferred, progressive experience in commercial lending related positions. Management and underwriting experience required.
