AERO Federal Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates in Executive Search for President and Chief Executive Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (November 2019) – AERO Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Glendale, AZ, is searching for the right strategic executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer.


This person will ensure that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members by identifying the financial needs and recommending the appropriate product, as well as developing an effective team of managers and employees to their highest potential through coaching and leadership. The CEO will be responsible for all facets of managing the credit union, including goal development, implementation, monitoring and reporting, coaching, achievement, strategic planning, budgeting and expense control, business development, risk management, and effective relations with the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. A bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required. MBA preferred. A minimum of ten years of related progressive experience in a financial environment, the last five of which have been in a position of senior or executive management and at least ten years supervisory experience required.
