The Woodlands, Texas (January 2020) – Advantis Credit Union of Portland, Oregon is looking for their next President/CEO to lead the organization as they prepare for the retirement of their longtime CEO.

This individual will be responsible for the entirety of the credit union’s operations and staff, ensuring optimal financial performance and compliance with all government/legal requirements. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will facilitate communication between the Board and Advantis management, staff, and members. He/she will exercise vision and leadership by developing an effective strategic plan that emphasizes member service and demonstrate initiative by aggressively pursuing the agreed upon goals. In addition, the CEO will perform other tasks and duties appropriate to the position as assigned by the Board of Directors. Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree in a related field is desired.
