Achieva Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Chief People Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (December 2018) – Achieva Credit Union, headquartered in Dunedin, FL, is in search of a talented executive to join their team as their Chief People Officer.

 

Reporting to the CEO, this role will set the tone for a Top Place to Work culture, encouraging success, team and community commitment, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Serving on the leadership team, this individual will contribute to deliberations, the collaborative culture, decision making and action, and lead the Incentive Committee. Other responsibilities include development, implementation, overall administration, and management of the People Team to provide benefits, business partnerships, coaching and guidance to the team and managers; helping leaders hold the organization accountable to standards and performance expectations; developing and supporting the strategic plan for current and future success. A Bachelor’s degree, SPHR or SHRM SCP certifications, and a minimum of five years’ experience as a senior level People and Culture Leader are required. Participation in annual training, or as required for BSA and the Privacy Act.
