A+ Federal Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates in Executive Search for Chief Member Experience Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (September 2019) – A+ Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Austin, TX, has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Member Experience Officer to join the A+ senior leadership team.


Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will focus on the overall member experience as it relates to the member journey throughout the credit union. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and leading Branch Operations, a full-service Contact Center, Business Development, Security, and Wealth Management. Other duties include directing the development and implementation of deposit and delivery programs; offering competitive products to members; fostering an environment conducive to member satisfaction, employee achievement and fulfillment; and supporting a sales and service culture.   Bachelor’s degree in business or related field along with ten years progressive broad-based financial institution and/or retail channel experience, with four years supervisory experience required, CCE, CCUE, MBA, and/or professional designation preferred.
