Vantage West Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates in Executive Search for Chief Lending Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (October 2019) – Vantage West Credit Union, headquartered in Tucson, AZ, is looking to hire a Chief Lending Officer to lead the credit union in achieving maximum profitability while delivering an exceptional level of service in delivering products and services to members.


This position is responsible for implementing and executing strategies in first mortgage, consumer, and commercial lending products, while maintaining a sound loan portfolio. Other duties include maintaining regulatory compliance; responding to industry trends; utilizing suitable risk management strategies, including concentration risk limits, in pricing products and retention of loans. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent work experience along with ten years of lending or loan administration experience with a minimum of two years of commercial lending experience, including five years at an executive level executing strategic plans required, MBA preferred.
