St. Francis X Federal Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates in Executive Search for Vice President

The Woodlands, Texas (October 2019) – St. Francis X Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Petoskey, MI, is searching for a Vice President to join its team.


Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will provide leadership, direction, and administration to meet the short-term and long-term goals of the credit union. With a strong background in operations, responsibilities include overseeing branch functions, marketing, and information technology. In addition, the Vice President will enhance/implement the card servicing program and develop marketing strategies to meet the financial goals of the membership base. Other responsibilities include monitoring internal controls and procedures; ensuring compliance with all state/federal legislation; promoting the credit union; and maintaining relations with associations, service organizations, and vendors that transact business with the credit union. With great communication and leadership skills, the ideal candidate will maintain a passion to work in a collaborative team environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required along with a minimum of five years of operational experience in the financial services industry.
