Members 1st Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Vice President of Lending
The Woodlands, Texas (February 2019) – Members 1st Credit Union, headquartered in Redding, CA, is seeking a well-rounded lending executive to join their team as Vice President of Lending.
This role will participate in strategic planning and the development of credit union products, policies, procedures, and goals. Responsibilities to include management of lending and recovery functions, developing and implementing organizational policies and procedures, and compliance within the lending and recovery functions. This position will lead the credit union’s commercial and residential loans, consumer lending, indirect lending, asset recovery, and centralized lending functions while ensuring maximum profitability of all lending activities. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business or Finance or five to seven years of related experience in a credit union or financial institution is required, along with experience in selling mortgages on a secondary market and creating an in-house mortgage program. Must be qualified to register as a Mortgage Loan Originator as set forth by NMLS.
