LGE Community Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Vice President of Finance

The Woodlands, Texas (June 2019) – LGE Community Credit Union, headquartered in Marietta, GA, is seeking a seasoned finance executive to fill the role of VP of Finance.


Reporting to the SVP/CFO, this talented individual will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), assisting with Asset Liability Management, budgeting and forecasting. Directly supervise the Finance and Accounting areas to ensure that policies are compliant with current regulations, legal requirements and industry trends. Other duties include, but are not limited to, actively managing the credit union’s investments, preparation of financial and statistical reports, including the NCUA Call Report, establishing and maintaining effective business relations with vendors, outside auditors, regulators and acting as the primary liaison between the credit union and external auditors and regulatory authorities for the accounting and finance department. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field along with at least seven years of a high level of accounting experience and supervision, is required. MBA preferred; CPA preferred.
