Last year, CUbroadcast discussed the the credit union CEO mass exodus via retirement and the dearth of talent to replace them. The issue was revisited with D. Hilton Associates’ David Hilton because it appears this issue is not waning in any way. Our assumptions were correct as David explained that we are only at the 3,000-ft. level of a 15,000-ft. mountain with this situation. In other words, we have a long haul over the next few years with the CU executive suite shake up.
