Position Summary

Texell Credit Union is seeking an experienced, energetic, and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer to serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Team. The CFO will lead all accounting and finance functions, including ALM, investments, payments, financial reporting, liquidity and capital planning—while driving strategic initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term financial sustainability. This dynamic leader will provide data-driven insights to support enterprise-wide decision-making, present financial matters to the Board, and collaborate closely with leaders across lending, operations, technology, and member services. The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within a credit union or regulated financial institution, along with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and risk management, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
