Position Summary

The Chief Operating Officer at Spectra Credit Union serves as a key executive leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s retail operations in alignment with its mission, strategic goals, and member-focused values. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the COO provides leadership across core operational functions, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service excellence throughout the Credit Union. This role partners closely with the executive team and Board of Directors to translate strategy into execution, drive operational performance, and support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven leader with deep financial services experience who is committed to fostering a high-performing culture and delivering exceptional value to Spectra’s members and communities. A bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
