Total Rewards Symposium
COVID-19 Protocols and Procedures

D. Hilton is committed to providing a safe event experience for all attendees during our 2021 Total Rewards Symposium. As a result, the following procedures will be followed during the event.


  • The event area is spacious enough to allow for proper social distancing. All attendees will be seated 6 feet apart in order to limit close contact.
  • Attendance will be capped to ensure proper social distancing.
  • Attendees and D. Hilton employees are required to wear masks at all times during the event. Masks will also be available for attendees if needed.
  • D. Hilton requests that all attendees be fully vaccinated.
  • All D. Hilton employees are fully vaccinated.
  • D. Hilton will provide hand sanitizer for all attendees and the hotel has sanitation stations throughout the venue.
