Josh Prihoda, Vice President, SERP Retention and Retirement, specializes in analyzing both qualified and nonqualified benefits and executive compensation data for use in helping credit unions in the evaluation of current and future retirement benefits. Prior to joining D. Hilton, Josh worked in the community banking sector as a Financial Accountant and Operations Analyst. Utilizing his math skills, he was responsible for analyzing information and suggesting new strategies and improvements toward the efficiency of his employers. While his wife was in medical school and pediatric residency, Josh applied his statistical, strategic and advanced analytical skills as a professional poker player to provide independent personal income for his family. He was an Academic All-American baseball player while receiving a B.S. in Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting from Central Christian College of Kansas.
