USF Federal Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Chief Technology Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (July 2018) – USF Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to join their team.


Responsible for the long-term strategic direction and implementation of technology, this individual will ensure and establish the technical vision to maximize the credit union’s efficiency, strategic objectives, and future growth. As a part of the Senior Management team, the CTO is responsible for acquiring, developing, and delivering information technology solutions that support the credit union’s private label business model which requires operating multiple uniquely-branded divisions with functionally standardized delivery channel environments and centralized core processing. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, responsible for guiding and directing the Information Technology and Records teams of the credit union. This individual must have experience in project and change management with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required with ten plus years in Information Technology working with financial institutions. Knowledge of the Malcolm Baldrige Framework is a plus.
