The Woodlands, Texas (October 2018) – Tropical Financial Credit Union, headquartered in Miramar, FL, is in search of a Senior Vice President of Information Technology to join their senior management team.

This position is responsible for planning, establishing, and administering the overall strategy of the Information Technology department.  This includes analyzing current and future needs to enhance the information processing environment and ensure regulation compliance and identifying and presenting new technology innovations to keep TFCU in the forefront of digital financial services.  The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with experience interacting with the Board and Committees. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems or equivalent along with 15 years’ experience working within a financial institution, 20 years of information technology experience, and 10 years of management experience and operating a data center.
