The CEO will work with the Board of Directors to establish strategic plans, goals, and objectives. He or she will be charged with leading the credit union towards achieving those goals, maintaining and enhancing financial strength, and with ensuring conformance with all applicable state and federal laws. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader who can motivate, impart vision, build consensus, and drive organizational growth while sustaining superior member service. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. The candidate must have at least seven years of executive leadership experience within the credit union or retail banking industries.
