Sb1 Federal Credit Union Selects D. Hilton Associates To Conduct Vice President of Retail Delivery Search
The Woodlands, Texas (February 8, 2016) – The Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. is conducting the search for a new Vice President of Retail Delivery for Sb1 Federal Credit Union headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Retail Delivery will be responsible for executing the strategic objectives pertaining to the credit union’s call center, branch network, sales and service initiatives, as well as the business development department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and have excellent leadership skills, ensuring an exceptional member service experience through the credit union’s variety of delivery channels, branches, and call center.. Essential components of this role will be to ensure that all polices meet regulations and provide monthly reports to the CEO. A Bachelor’s degree with 7 to 10 years of related experience is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
