SAFE Credit Union Selects D. Hilton Associates To Conduct SVP/Chief Credit Officer Search
The Woodlands, Texas (October 2015) – SAFE Credit Union is seeking a Senior Vice President/Chief Credit Officer and has hired the executive recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. to assist them in their search for this addition to their Senior Executive Team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Vice President/Chief Credit Officer will actively provide input into the strategic direction of the credit union, assist in the development of SAFE’s Business Plan and provide expert monthly analysis of the status of the overall loan portfolio (production, net growth, delinquency, charge off, etc.) to SAFE’s Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, and Executive Team. Responsibilities include: overseeing all lending and loan portfolio functions to include commercial and consumer underwriting, 1st and 2nd mortgage and indirect vehicle loan processing, collection and servicing activities, insurance functions and all regulatory compliance related to lending activities. The ideal individual will have a Bachelor’s degree and ten to fifteen years’ related experience and/or training. Prior experience on a senior level executive team is required. MBA preferred.
