Harrisburg, PA (January 30, 2015) – PSECU is pleased to announce the selection of Carol Noblit as Vice President, Finance. “We are pleased to have Carol take on the role of Vice President of Finance. We have the utmost confidence that with Carol’s expertise and history with us here at PSECU” said Gregory Smith, President/CEO.

Mrs. Noblit has served in a verity of capacities with PSECU including Acting Vice President of Finance. In her senior leadership role, Carol managed the accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting asset liability management, investments, and facilities functions of PSECU. As Controller, Mrs. Noblit supervised and directed her staff in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, regulatory reports, annual budgeting and forecasting reports. She also established and implemented general accounting functions.

Prior to joining PSECU Mrs. Noblit held a verity of accounting management positions for several Fortune 500 companies. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Computer Applications, Master of Business Administration from Penn State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania.
