The Woodlands, Texas (July 2018) – Industrial Credit Union, headquartered in Bellingham, WA, is searching for a dedicated executive to lead the credit union as President/Chief Executive Officer.

Working in partnership with the Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the credit union, achieving growth and service goals and objectives, maintaining and enhancing the credit union’s financial health and stability, promoting the organization’s mission and vision, and ensuring conformance with all applicable state and federal laws. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership through collaboration, and strategically grow the organization. A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of ten years of executive experience within the credit union field or financial industry is required, advanced degree preferred.
