The Woodlands, Texas (February 8, 2016) – The Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. is conducting the search for a new Chief Financial Officer for IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union headquartered in Moline, Illinois.

Reporting to the EVP/Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the direct achievement of goals set for the Finance and Accounting departments, will prepare budget and government reports, manage the credit union’s investment portfolio, as well as actively contribute to quality member service, growth, and profitability. This position requires a self-motivated, analytical and financially-savvy individual who has the vision and leadership characteristics necessary to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives and ensure that the company maintains proper financial controls. A minimum of 7-10 years related experience and a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
