The Woodlands, Texas (February, 2017) – D. Hilton Associates’ recruiting team has been enlisted by Heartland Credit Union to conduct the search for a Chief Lending Officer to join their team.
 
Heartland Credit Union is currently searching for a collaborative and driven executive to fulfill the role of the Chief Lending Officer. Reporting to the President/CEO, this talented individual will be responsible for the strategic direction of all lending operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements. This position will successfully manage the residential, commercial and consumer lending areas, and underwriting activities to ensure all lending services are professionally delivered and members are well served. In addition, the CLO will proactively support and advance HCU’s brand platform while creating and implementing a lending strategy to exceed loan goals. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is required, along with seven to ten years of lending management experience.
