The Woodlands, Texas (February, 2017) – D. Hilton Associates’ Executive Recruiting Team is conducting the search for a talented and creative marketing executive to serve as Vice President of Marketing for We Florida Financial Credit Union (We Florida Financial).
 
The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service to members by providing leadership, overall direction and administration of the credit union’s marketing, advertising, and public relations operations. We Florida Financial is looking for a team leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who has the ability to motivate and coach their department to not only meet, but to exceed credit union expectations. As the VP of marketing, the selected individual will handle the implementation of the department’s strategic plan and budget as well as be an active participant in setting the direction and goals aimed to increase membership, loans, and deposits. A four-year college degree with language, math and reasoning skill, or five years’ experience in marketing or business development is required.
