Dover FCU Announces New VP of Member Services

DOVER, DELAWARE (December 1, 2014) – Dover Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the selection of Chaz Rzewnicki as the credit union’s new Vice President of Member Services.

“We are very excited to have Chaz as our Vice President of Member Service. Throughout the search process we looked for a person with a proven track record, strong management experience, and a well-rounded background; someone who could effectively help take us to the next level. We are certain Chaz is the person to do that,” said Karen Simpson, EVP/COO of Dover Federal Credit Union.

Chaz last served as the Director of Operations of PARDA Federal Credit Union in Auburn Hills, Michigan where he was responsible for branch sales, member service, business development, talent alignment/positioning, and the facilities functions for six retail credit union branches in multiple states. He also led the lending and collections areas of the credit union. Chaz was instrumental in implementing a sales culture that increased loan volume, services per member, and employee engagement. He also successfully developed and implemented collections policies that lowered both delinquencies and net charge offs. Prior to PARDA, Chaz was an Assistant Branch Manager and Member Services Representative for Research Federal Credit Union (now Community Choice Credit Union). Chaz holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baker College and is in the process of completing his master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Central Michigan University.
