The Woodlands, Texas (June 2018) – Dominion Energy Credit Union, headquartered in Richmond, VA, is seeking a talented executive to fill the role of Vice President of Operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will be responsible for the credit union’s branch operations, member service call center, and mortgage and consumer lending, including collection efforts. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Vice President of Operations will assist in the strategic planning process, and achieving the credit union’s long and short-term goals and objectives, and maintaining the organization’s financial health and stability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of SEG-based credit unions. A combination of education and seven or more years of experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry is required. Must possess knowledge of both operations and lending.
