D. Hilton Associates Hired by Dade County Federal Credit Union to Conduct Search for Vice President of Internal Audit
The Woodlands, Texas (February, 2017) – Dade County Federal Credit Union of Miami, Florida has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President, Internal Audit to join their Executive Team.
Reporting to the Supervisory Committee, this position will develop and oversee internal auditing procedures and processes with the State and Federal rules and regulations and take a lead role in the day to day execution of internal audits. The candidate to fill this role will be responsible for ensuring optimum efficiency and effectiveness of the internal audit function and ensuring compliance and strict auditing guidelines imposed by the NCUA and other regulatory agencies are followed. This dynamic individual must be detail and deadline oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of five years’ experience in a financial analyst role and/or risk management in banking or credit union industry is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required. Additional internal audit certifications are desired (CIA, CAMS, CFE, CCO).
