The Woodlands, Texas (January, 2017) – Chartway Federal Credit Union of Virginia Beach, Virginia is seeking a Vice President of Member Engagement with outstanding leadership skills.
 
In addition to providing expertise, vision, and leadership to define and implement marketing programs, product strategies, and initiatives that successfully build profitable long-term relationships with members, this individual will inspire a culture of innovation and new ideas to improve members’ experience across all channels to grow business, increase revenue, improve products, and retain members. The candidate must have strong managerial leadership skills with strong capabilities to indirectly influence an organization, while managing a team of high-capability direct reports, and must demonstrate a record of accomplishment of creativity in developing and executing marketing campaigns in a consumer-facing industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing is required, with experience in a strategic Marketing role with functional oversight in a multi-state organization. Master’s degree preferred.
