The Woodlands, Texas (November, 2017) – ASI Federal Credit Union, headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to plan a successful IT future for the organization by ensuring maximum stability in the computer systems and networks.

This individual will provide leadership and development to the information technology staff by implementing training as needed for system changes and upgrades, including working with business units to find and implement appropriate technology solutions to assist in servicing the members and creating operational efficiencies. In addition, this person will be familiar with modifying and creating complex information technology systems, focusing on user-friendly or seamless technology for members as well as streamlining back office operations. Duties include conceptualizing and promoting information technology projects within the scope of budget, while ensuring information technology systems meet regulatory and operational deadlines. This individual will be responsible for monitoring industry trends and products, while providing strategic planning initiatives. The chosen candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in overseeing an information technology department. A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field is required.
