The Woodlands, Texas (July 2017) – R.I.A. Federal Credit Union (R.I.A.) of Bettendorf, Iowa, is seeking a talented executive to fill the role of President/CEO and has enlisted the Executive Recruiting Services of D. Hilton Associates to spearhead this search.
 
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President/CEO will be responsible for executing the credit union’s mission, ensuring financial stability and growth of the organization, commensurate with the best interest of the members, employees, and credit union. The ideal candidate will possess strategic leadership skills, compliance and regulatory knowledge, the ability to grow the credit union while maintaining the safety and soundness. This executive will need to work effectively with the Board and foster a positive, collaborative team environment at the credit union. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years progressive leadership experience at a financial institution. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of success. Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
