The Woodlands, Texas (March, 2017) – San Diego County Credit Union is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Compliance Officer  in their Consumer Lending & Collections Department.

 
Reporting to the Senior Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer, this position will be responsible for assisting with the development and ongoing  management of the credit union’s consumer lending and collections compliance program. The successful candidate will be the subject matter expert in  consumer lending and collections compliance; provide guidance to business unit managers and assist with the ongoing development of compliance  training to ensure the credit union is in compliance with all lending laws; such as ECFOA, TILA, FCRA, FACTA, SCRA, Fair Lending, and regulations. A  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent education or work experience with a minimum of three years’ experience in  operations and lending compliance or similar experience is required. Industry certification preferred.
