D. Hilton Associates Conducting Search for Chief Retail Officer to Join Executive Management Team at Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union
The Woodlands, Texas (August, 2017) – Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union (MHV), headquartered in Kingston, New York, is seeking a Chief Retail Officer who will be responsible for leading and directing the Retail Operations, Marketing, Sales and Business Development duties in alignment with the organization’s vision and goals.
Reporting directly to the President/Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Retail Officer will collaborate with the Board of Directors in creating a vision and providing strategy and leadership to ensure long term growth and sustained profitability. In addition to having a general knowledge of all aspects of the organization, responsibilities include offering strategic plans for Marketing requests and Retail Operations, managing personnel, and development and oversight of departmental budgets. The chosen candidate will have a thorough knowledge of branch operations and applicable laws, carry out supervisory responsibilities such as ensuring staff is in compliance with policies and procedures, cross-training, and providing recommendations regarding succession planning, new hires, and employee incentives within the guidelines of the organization. Additional duties include but are not limited to the on-going development of staff, advertising, new product development, and sales management. Skills include: the ability to motivate and influence others, problem solving, organizational skills, time management, above-average verbal, written and presentation skills, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Candidates must have a minimum of 10–15 years of experience in a similar or related field. A Bachelor’s degree
in relevant field is required.
