D. Hilton Associates Conducting Search for Chief Financial Officer to Join Team at Delaware State Police Federal Credit Union

The Woodlands, Texas (November, 2017) – Delaware State Police Federal Credit Union has enlisted the Executive Recruiting Services of D. Hilton Associates to find a talented financial executive to join their team as Chief Financial Officer.


This individual will be responsible for maintaining the credit union’s financial operations, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to the organization’s strategic planning initiatives. This executive will establish and uphold goals in order to maintain the credit union’s financial health and assist in the organization’s growth. By exploring financial conditions and their impact on the institution, the Chief Financial Officer will work closely with, and serve as a resource to the CEO and Board of Directors in determining both long term and short term goals for the credit union. This position requires a self-motivated, financially-savvy executive, working with examiners and auditors to ensure all accounting activities are in compliance with established legal, regulatory, and credit union procedures. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of management experience within the financial services industry. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
