D. Hilton Associates Conducting Chief Operating Search for Advancial Federal Credit Union

The Woodlands, Texas (January 2016) – The Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. is currently conducting the executive search for a Chief Operating Officer at Advancial Federal Credit Union headquartered in Dallas, Texas

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing results-oriented strategies to support the vision of the organization. The ideal candidate will partner with a variety of stakeholders and work collaboratively with a high-performance leadership team. The Chief Operating Officer will have strategic and operational responsibility for member-facing and back-office support programs and manage a team of managing department professionals. This position will provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services while identifying ways to leverage strengths to take advantage of opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree from a college or university with four to six years leadership and senior management experience working at a financial institution or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
